Whether you have been out and raved all night, worked too much or just feeling like you need a little energy kick this juice is amazing for making you feel re-born. It beats that double espresso and is much better for your health overall. Ginger is great for curing nausea and maintaining blood circulation, as well as cold and flu prevention. It is also ideal in assisting digestion. The carrot, lime, lemon and orange will add vitamin A, B, C and E as well as potassium which is great for your skin, eye-sight and energy levels. If you can get ahold of fresh turmeric (usually found at Whole Foods for ex.) put some in there as well!
4 large carrots
1 3 cm knob of ginger
For the juice you see in the picture I also used some water-melon for some extra sweetness but normally I leave that out. On the picture below I swapped the watermelon for beetroot, which is great too.
